The client engaged Alex Seif as sole technical partner to design, engineer, scale, and maintain their complete digital infrastructure: multiple consumer-facing intake storefronts (VisaLLC, MeVisa, TravelBox.ru) coupled to a custom centralized Enterprise Resource Planning (miniERP) back-office.
Owned the entire digital product lifecycle from initial architecture and custom software development through Russian infrastructure hosting, Yandex search indexing, and ongoing long-term maintenance.

Engineered individual, brand-isolated WordPress and WooCommerce portals tailored for Russian travelers. Each storefront guided users through service selection, online payment processing, and structured multi-step intake forms capturing required passport biometric data and supporting travel documentation.
//2. Centralized miniERP & Processing Back-Office
Built a bespoke, lightweight Enterprise Resource Planning (miniERP) platform on a custom PHP architecture. The miniERP served as the central nerve center for consular visa processors to review submissions, verify passport fidelity, track consular application fees, and manage document qualification pipelines across all client brands in one unified console.
//3. Bidirectional State Machine & Client Synchronization
Designed a deterministic state machine within the miniERP (Documents Pending $\rightarrow$ Under Review $\rightarrow$ Consular Submission $\rightarrow$ Visa Issued / Rejected). State transitions inside the miniERP automatically synchronized back to the originating WooCommerce storefront via secure webhook APIs, triggering branded customer email notifications, live status updates, and automated PDF visa delivery.

Provisioned and hardened hosting infrastructure on Russian cloud servers to guarantee low latency and compliance with local network requirements.
